Earlier in 2018, for the seventh time the Northbrook-based business received the “Best and Brightest Companies to Work For®” in Chicago. To go along with that award, Genesis Technologies has now been named one of 2018 “Best and Brightest Companies to Work For® In The Nation” by the National Association for Business Resources (NABR).

This is the first time Genesis has received the National award, which honors companies that “demonstrates exceptional innovative human resource practices and sets high standards for all businesses during the year.”

Chicago's Best and Brightest Companies to Work For® In The Nation award is part of a program designed to celebrate companies whose workplace culture contributes to better businesses, richer lives and stronger communities.

Winners are chosen by an independent research firm that evaluates entries based on factors that include compensation, benefits and employee solutions, employee enrichment, engagement and retention, employee education and development, recruitment, selection and orientation, diversity and inclusion, work-life balance, community initiatives, strategic company performance and employee achievement and recognition. Genesis was honored in the small business category.
