POSITION OVERVIEW
The Production Print Service Technician’s primary role is to support complex copier and production print equipment within our customer base while ensuring company policies and procedures are being followed as outlined by the Management Team. This position is responsible for maintaining, servicing and repairing complex copier and production print equipment onsite and making sure all pertinent data is entered in the closing notes of each service call. This position would maintain an accurate carstock of relevant parts to meet customer expectations on first call fix rates.
